- Theme development
- Ceremony site selection & booking assistance
- Reception site selection & booking assistance
- Out-of-town guest activities
- Vendor referrals
- Contract negotiations or revue
- Detailed itineraries for all participants
- Rehearsal coordination
- Oversee Wedding Ceremony (includes rehearsal)
- Seating charts, place cards, guest book and favours setup
- Vendor confirmations (usually 1-2 weeks prior)
